OSTEO-ARTICULAR MANIPULATION
Osteo-articular manipulation is a safe, effective treatment for chronic conditions such as Chronic Headaches/ Migraine, Low Backache, and other various structural health conditions. It helps to reduce muscle spasm around the joint, improve neuro vascular supply leading reduction in discomfort and improving mobility of Joints. There is no investigation conducted such as X ray, CT Scan, blood test. Assessment and treatment is provided by hands only. OA manipulation along with MET (Muscle Energy Technique) corrects the structural imbalance , leads to improvement in circulation and reduction in pain.

VISCERAL MANIPULATION
Visceral Manipulation is another modality of manual osteopathy which corrects the structural imbalance in a gentle way. Visceral manipulation releases the restriction of abdominal and thorax fascia, viscera, which encourages the normal movement and function of viscera. ( Restriction might be due to various factor for example -Trauma ( Physical/ Surgical, emotional, mental), sedentary life style, poor posture, environmental condition- pollution, diet, physiological condition -e.g. Pregnancy etc.). VM might also help in spine issue because of neurovascular connection.

Advance Myofascial Release (MFR)
- Fascia is highly sensitive connective tissue which wraps, connect and support the muscle. Any restriction in Fascial due to any reason will lead to change in skin color, texture, sensitivity, temperature and posture. MFR is a gentle technique using indirect ( gentle pressure to help fascia to release on its own) or Direct ( Firm pressure approach to release the restriction). Once the Facia is relaxed it improves the lymphatic and blood circulation of the area.
MFR is helpful in back & neck pain, headache / migraine, Arthritis/Joint pain, posture problem, instability, sports injury etc.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is to stimulate the superficial lymph vessels & Lymph nodes of whole body without using any oil or lubricant. Therapist uses slight stretch to the skin to stimulate to increase the lymph flow’s. MLD is contraindicated in Acute condition, Malignancy, patient on blood thinner, cardiac edema, thrombosis, etc.
MLD is helpful in primary and secondary lymphedema, helping to reduce swelling caused by Sport injury, accelerate healing process, decrease post surgery inflammation and provide analgesic effect. It helps to improve joint range of motion , heals Venous and diabetic ulcers, Helps to Detox the body, beneficial to anyone who suffer from high Stress/Anxiety levels, & Boost immunity etc.
CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY (CST)
